Ruminations at 4 am
PostedI'm pretty happy to be awake right now actually,
I like the dark, the solitude, the utter aloneness that reigns at 4 am...
But not the silence, and so my radio is on again, full blast.
I'm also DISTINCTLY pleased that I am always able to form cohesive thoughts
at these times and still makes sense of them later
Like an ocean wide is his love abundant,
by my side as I stumble through his will
giving forgivness never asked for or earned,
stroking my brow and making me still.
